Vriksha Tech Solutions is a technology hardware reseller based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, supplying desktops, laptops, servers, PC parts, peripherals and accessories to consumers and businesses.

Prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT. We describe products as accurately as we can, using specifications from the manufacturer. Prices, specifications and availability may change, and are confirmed at the time your order is accepted.

Some products — such as servers and certain enterprise items — are priced individually. For these, request a quote and we will confirm the current price (inclusive of VAT) and availability.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Because we source items to order, we confirm availability after your order is placed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item cannot be sourced, in the event of an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund any amount already paid.

Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

Delivery is described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty (the term is shown in each product's specifications). Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered in our Refunds & Returns policy.

Website content is owned by Vriksha Tech Solutions or its licensors. Brand names, product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only. You may not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vriksha Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing removes your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
