We operate an order-to-availability model. Products are sourced per order from our suppliers, so placing an order is a request to purchase rather than a guarantee that the item is physically in stock at that moment. We confirm availability after you order.

Delivery timelines depend on supplier availability and are communicated once your order is confirmed. If an item cannot be sourced within a reasonable time, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund of any amount paid for that item.

Prices and availability may change until an order is confirmed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vriksha Tech Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from stock or inventory discrepancies. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.

Every product is covered by its manufacturer warranty. The exact term is listed in each product's Key specs — typically 1 year, with some business models carrying up to 3 years.

• UAE stock is serviced through the brand's authorised UAE service centres.
• USA stock is serviced in-house at our Dubai shop.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Every item is ordered specifically for you: as soon as you place your order it is confirmed and sent to our supplier. For this reason, an order cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been placed, and we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.

If we are unable to source an item, we will cancel it ourselves and refund you in full — see Availability & delivery above.

This does not affect your warranty rights: items that arrive dead-on-arrival or develop a covered fault are handled under the manufacturer warranty above — contact us right away.

All prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout for your order, and your order summary itemises the VAT included.
